    I love diving in and working on story, structure, character, plot, and setting to make your project the best it can be. I am not a copy editor but I can definitely work with you to make your work the best it can be. I am best at Middle Grade and Adult novels but have worked a little in YA as well. I cross many genres but I am possibly not the best fit for heavy science fiction or high fantasy, nor excessive violence. Due to the nature of writing, pricing varies.   • Picture Book Critique

    For $50, I’ll read your picture book up to 1000 words, and provide a page of feedback addressing: your opening, main character, pacing, use of picture book techniques such as alliteration and the element of three, and your ending.

    For $100, I’ll do the above plus a 30-minute Zoom chat to discuss the manuscript, the edits, or anything else concerning your writing journey, and a follow-up read-through of the manuscript after you revise it.
